We do need time to clear away and to reload our equipment after the event.

Facilities needed

We generally arrive about an hour before a presentation is due to begin. We will have a car loaded with equipment that we will need to unload and set up. It helps to be able to bring the vehicle as close as possible to the presentation hall.

We can deal with a wide range of audience sizes, although it does help to have approximate information in advance. For large groups we often use closed circuit projection of anything that might be hard to see from the back.

Most presentations need a few tables to work on and a mains electricity socket. It is useful, but not essential for you to have a projection wall or screen. We will bring a portable screen if you do not have anything available. You might want to bear in mind that the front row of the audience will need to be at least 1.5 metres away from the demonstration tables. For some presentations curtains or blinds are helpful.
